Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at MOC Planet (mocplanet.com). We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original shipping condition and packaging (Please see our Special Notice on Packaging below).
Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation email.

2. Special Notice on Brick Packaging & Missing Pieces

Original Box Notice: Please note that our MOC Collection items are custom-curated and do not come in traditional retail color boxes; they are safely shipped in sealed building bags and protective shipping boxes. Additionally, to save on international shipping costs for our customers, some Factory Manufactured Sets may also be shipped without their original retail outer boxes. For any returns, the item must be returned in the original sealed bags and shipping package condition it arrived in.
Missing Pieces Insurance (100% Free Replacement): Due to the nature of building block products, missing or misplaced pieces can occasionally occur. Missing pieces do not count as a defective item for full product returns. Instead, MOC Planet offers a 100% Free Missing Pieces Replacement Service. Simply mark the missing parts in your instruction manual, take a photo, and send it to hello@mocplanet.com. We will ship your replacement parts to you entirely free of charge.

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at: hello@mocplanet.com

Please include:

Your order number
The email address used at checkout
The item you want to return
The reason for the return
Clear photos of the item/package (especially if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Please do not send items back before contacting us. Once your return request is approved, we will provide specific return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: For returns due to personal preference, change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or other reasons not caused by an issue with the item itself, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives severely damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@mocplanet.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer a reasonable solution, which may include a replacement, partial/full refund, or return shipping support.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been partially or fully assembled, used, damaged, altered, or washed.
Items not in their original received condition or sealed packaging.
Gift cards.
Final sale items (if clearly marked as final sale).

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund (once approved) and place a new order separately.

8. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mocplanet.com. We will try our best to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has already been processed or shipped from our warehouse.
