Thank you for shopping at MOC Planet (mocplanet.com). This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During holidays, sales periods, or times of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

2. Special Notice on Brick Packaging (No Original Retail Box)

To ensure the best experience and transparency for our building block community, please note:

  • MOC Collection: All items in our MOC Collection are custom-curated and do not come with traditional retail color boxes. They are securely packed in sealed building bags and dispatched in protective shipping boxes.

  • Factory Manufactured Sets: To pass the maximum savings on to our customers and drastically reduce international shipping costs, some factory-mass-produced sets may also be shipped without their original retail outer boxes.

  • All bricks and building components are 100% brand new, completely sealed, and include full instructions.

3. Shipping Destinations & Rates

We offer Free Worldwide Standard Shipping to supported destinations. Available shipping destinations may depend on local shipping service availability, address accuracy, customs requirements, and other logistics factors.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days after the order has been processed

  • Shipping fee: Free on all orders

4. Estimated Delivery Times (By Country/Region)

  • United States: 7–12 business days after processing

  • Canada: 8–15 business days after processing

  • United Kingdom: 8–15 business days after processing

  • European Union: 8–15 business days after processing

  • Australia and New Zealand: 8–15 business days after processing

  • Other international destinations: Delivery times may vary by location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may vary depending on customs processing, local carriers, weather, holidays, logistics delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. International Orders, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international orders, duties, taxes, import fees, or customs charges may apply depending on the destination country or region.

  • When duties and taxes are calculated or collected at checkout, they will be shown during checkout. If duties, taxes, or import fees are not collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for any applicable charges required by local customs authorities upon delivery.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, local customs review, or local import procedures.

6. Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your order.

  • Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after the carrier receives the package.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mocplanet.com. We will do our best to help before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package appears to be delayed, please check the tracking information first. If the tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us at hello@mocplanet.com and we will help review the situation with the logistics carrier.

  • If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

10. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

  • If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept the package, or other delivery issue caused by the recipient, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

  • Additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.
