We accept eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery. Returned items must be entirely unused, un-assembled, in the same sealed condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@mocplanet.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
